    Product & Orders

    Are all the pieces one-of-a-kind?

Yes, every Pink Medusa ceramic piece is handmade and unique. Even if the shape or glaze is repeated, each item has its own distinct texture, color nuances, and character.

Can I order a custom piece?

Yes, I can create a custom piece – a mug, bowl, or another ceramic item. Write to me via the [contact form] and briefly describe what you’re looking for or the mood you’d like to see in the piece. IMPORTANT: custom orders are non-refundable.

How long does it take to make a custom piece?

Production takes about 3–5 weeks, depending on the studio’s workload and the complexity of the piece. If you need it sooner, we can always discuss options!

    Materials & Craftsmanship

Is your pottery suitable for everyday use?

Absolutely! My ceramics are made to be not only beautiful but also functional. They can be used in the microwave and dishwasher (unless otherwise noted).
Note: Pieces with gold details require gentler care – frequent dishwasher use may damage the gold.

    What materials do you use?

I work with low-fire clay or porcelain. Each material has its own properties and character – I often create my own glazes, experimenting with colors, shine, and textures.

    Packaging & Delivery

How are the ceramic pieces packaged?

Carefully and responsibly. All items are securely packaged using as much recycled or eco-friendly material as possible. Each package includes a warm touch and attention to detail.

    Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship throughout Lithuania and to many European countries. If you’re unsure about your country, just message me and I’ll check the options.

What should I do if the item arrives damaged?

Although it’s very rare, if this happens – contact me as soon as possible and attach photos. Together we’ll find the best solution: a replacement, a new piece, or a refund.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, we can arrange a pickup – if you’re in or near Vilnius, get in touch and we’ll agree on a time and place.

Where can I see updates and behind-the-scenes content?
